"But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance" (Matt. 9.13 KJV). The key phrase here is "to repentance."
But Calvinists through the centuries have tried to get rid of repentance, by claiming they were irresistibly determined so most versions leave out repentance.
