Kerry Lutz of Financial Survival Network (FSN) every month for years says this is the time to be long gold, but he is wrong every time as gold goes down another $100. I wonder how much he has lost. His arrogance is only matched by his self-righteous demeanor and endless sarcasm, yet he is still wrong year after year as to gold's direction. I have never seen someone who thinks he is so right when he is so wrong. I've done just the opposite, shorting gold down from 1350 recently.
Just this past week he says this should be the bottom for gold. Talk about a broken record. In his world gold will never go below $1000 or even $1100. Harry Dent, the deflationist, has been right! Kerry has been dead wrong. I think of him as a whore for the gold industry receiving their advertising dollars. He'll say anything for a buck to protect his sponsors at the expense of others and the truth. And I am sure lots of listeners have lost lots of money continuing to listen to Kerry Lutz.
