The first love of Ephesus is not only Christ but Scriptural locality, that is, the church as a unit as a city of believers. If you really loved the Lord you would not change church locality into denominationalism or congregationalism. Don't say "I of Cephas" (denominationalism) or "I of Apollos" or even "I of Christ" (congregationalism).
