"But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting" (Micah 5.2).

"All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made" (John 1.3).

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3.16).

Do you have problem accepting Mormonism? You should considering these verses. Jesus always existed "from everlasting" and Jesus made everything for "all things were made by Him."

Since Jesus is the "only begotten Son" no other sons were begotten by God. Therefore, Mormons can't consider themselves as begotten of God as gods. Thus, there is no pre-existence for humans. To be the only begotten means "power begets power." Humans don't have this power so it is wrong to call humans "gods" or will "become gods."
