Leptin Diet:
1) Not eating after dinner.
2) Eat 3 meals a day.
- allow 5 to 6 hours between meals-8am to 1 pm, 1 pm to 6 pm-, and no snacking.
- Your body is not meant to constantly keep eating and snacking. Eating too often is like a repetitive strain injury. The snack between meals is suppose to come from your liver.
3) Do not eat large meals (worse thing you can do).
- Eat slowly.
- No chocolate, saving 500 plus calories.
4) Eat a breakfast containing protein.
- High carbohydrate lower metabolism. No cereal, juice, breads.
- Proteins: eggs
5) Reduce carbohydrates eaten.
- Carbohydrates are easy to use fuels causing you not to dip into fat cells.
- 50% rule. Handful of protein and a handful of carbohydrates.
