Imagination and calculations have no place in this as we are told clearly and emphatically
that no one knows the day and hour when He will return except His heavenly Father.
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone" (Matthew 24:36 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{})).
The return of Jesus Christ is near, even at the door, like a thief in the night. He may come through the door any moment.
But let's make it very clear, "No one knows that dayor hour."
History is littered with individuals who think they know more than Jesus.
Clearly God wants us to "prove all things" so calculations are in order. You don't even need imagination, just follow what Jesus is saying, and don't leave out verses.
"Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away. But of that day and hour knoweth no one, not even the angels of heaven, neither the Son, but the Father only" (Matt. 25 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{}).35-36).
Jesus does not return when heaven and earth pass away. He returns 1000 years before heaven and earth pass away. Hence the millennial kingdom for 1000 years which occurs following His return (Jude 14 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{}),15; Rev. 20 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{}).2-7).
Jesus can't return at any moment. Israel needed to be a nation again and enter Jerusalem. This has been fulfilled. Also, the Temple must be completed before Jesus returns for we know the Antichrist will erect himself in the Temple and call himself God, setting up his idol as the abomination of desolation in the Temple (Matt. 24 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{}).15; 2 thess. 2.4). And we are to measure the court that is "outside the temple" (Rev. 11 (http://javascript<strong></strong>:{}).2). How can Jesus return before these events when His return in the Bible is after these events?
Satan is the author of confusion. There is confusion saying Jesus could return tomorrow since it conflicts with what we read in God's word.
It's amazing how readily the flesh misreads the Bible to cause a person to shut their minds down, or perhaps they shut their minds down causing them to misread their Bible and take a dumbed-down or easy-believism approach. Such a person is malleable in Satan's deceit.
History has been filled with people who claimed Jesus would return at such and such a time, but not because Jesus didn't say when He would return, but because they misread God's word.
FACT: in the history of the Church nobody has come up with evidence as strong as this with odds of 83 trillion to 1.
For example, Rev. 6.12 requires a unique solar eclipse before the Tribulation commences. The most unique kind of solar eclipse is the Tetrad. To confirm this is the right lunar eclipse, we observe that a feast Tetrad fell when Israel became a nation 1949/50 and when Israel entered Jerusalem 1967/68. There was only one century since Christ before the 20th century when there were two Tetrads in a single century, so that gives us a probability of 1/19 for the chance two Tetrads would occur in the 20th century. The probability one of those two Tetrads landing on when Israel became a nation is 2/100, and the probability the second Tetrad would land on when Israel entered Jerusalem is 1/99. This comes to a probability of about ~ 1 in 100,000.
Combine this probability with the other data points (http://biblocality.com/forums/content.php?234-I-Know-When-Jesus-Returns-What-a-Wonderful-Blessing!) in the opening post, we come to a probability of 83 trillion to 1 the Tribulation is 2,520 days from Feast of Trumpets Sept. 14, 2015 to Tisha B'Av Aug. 7, 2022.
Praise the Lord!
