Even though Jesus had 45 ancient sources written about Him within 150 years of His death (Tiberius, who died 4 years after Jesus, only had 9 sources), there is nothing when he was alive, but his ministry was for only 3 years in a remote area of Rome. The other miracle workers mentioned in the NT living at the time of Jesus had no writings about them either, so from this standpoint it seems clear even though this was the beginnings of Christianity by the miracle of resurrection, people did not give it much attention outside of the eyewitnesses themselves who could not deny what they saw, and group hallucinations are impossible. The NT writings were truly the contemporary writings of the day.
