Biblocality is a new word which brings together the word of the Bible on the matter of Scriptural locality.
Christians use to fellowship according to Biblical locality where apostles, in the first and second century, went to a locality and chose elders to take care of its many meeting places. Today, God wants us to build the Meeting Place Finder for the Body of Christ on the foundation of the apostles and reclaim what we once had in the Church.

Who is an Informal Apostle?
Since we are no longer in the first century apostolic age, there are no longer any apostles. Today, those in the Ministry (Eph. 4.11) of the Work for the Church perfom the same function of selecting elders to take take care of whole localities.
What is a locality?
A locality is a Biblical city or remote locale according to already established governmental boundaries. Today's equivalent are modern day cities or remote locales. Biblical cities are prototypes for reigning over 10,5,1 cities (Luke 19.11-27), even larger, awarded to overcomers; and the locality is a miniature of the new city in the new earth.
The Questionnaire for Informal Apostles
The 12 Apostles agree on the questions for apostles to follow in doing the same Work in the Ministry. The purpose for these questions is to give assurance to the Church the apostles are in agreement as they set up and organize localities of believers.
