Hi, where in the Bible does Jesus talk about Hell? Thank you
Jesus talks about Hell more than anyone in the Bible.
In Matt. 5.21-22, Jesus used Gehenna for the first time in inspired speech:
Ye have heard that it was said to them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and whosoever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment: but I say unto you, that every one who is angry with his brother shall be in danger of the judgment, and whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of the hell of fire.
Why would god create such a terrible place? Isn't the lack of love to god punishment enough to you?
How can an innocent child raised in a islamic country with no knowledge to the christian god deserve eternal damnation in hell if it is killed in an accident?
You said you were a Christian and now you are arguing against Hell as well as God being the cause of forming the first single-celled life? This violated Board Etiquette #4. We're not interested in such doublespeak.
Hell is for your punishment that matches your eternal choice to reject God. God applies the law of age of accountability: "...that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good...For before the child shall know to refuse the evil" (Is. 7.15,16).
But once that Islamic child reaches the age of accountability, because he has a spirit of God-consciousness, he is without excuse. He sees those around him worshiping a false god, Allah. He has not heard about Jesus yet, but surely if he were to hear about the gospel of salvation through Jesus Christ he would accept the risen Lord. God takes this into account, just as if he were someone on a remote island separated from the rest of the world surrounded by tribes people worshiping their idols in a false temple.
