Banned for Life from the Alberta Racquetball Association

In Iran you go to jail for 8 years for your Christian faith. For the same faith in Alberta, Canada you can get banned for life from the Alberta Racquetball Association or other such venue associated to your particular proclivity. What a shameful world!

I am not sure which is worse really. The latter is underhanded in which the accuser seems far more dishonest with themselves and others because it is under some false pretense, whereas to go to jail for 8 years for being a Christian is straightforward.

There really is no better case than the case for the life, death, burial, resurrection and deity of Jesus. In the Guinness World Records, the lawyer who won 245 cases in a row said just this. And Simon Greenleaf, the most famous lawyer of the 19th century, said the same. Modern day's leading scholar on the resurrection Gary R. Habermas gives the resurrection proof using the Minimal Facts Approach (the Lowest Common Denominator Approach) accepting only data conceded by most skeptical scholars who are accredited and have peer review journal work done on the resurrection claim.

Imagine if Edmonton had a city wide league across the Glen Allan Recreation Complex, Kinsmen Sports Centre, University of Alberta, NAIT and Millwoods Recreation Centre. Join the Edmonton Racquetball Ladder if this interests you. I doubt it will take off because it doesn't appear to be what people want. They seem to want to just play at their own club and play doubles which doesn't help their singles game. I guess that's why there is nobody but myself from northern Alberta in the top 50 in Canada. Racquetball has totally slowed to a crawl in the greater Edmonton area.

For over a decade now, I have noticed the ARA and ERA, specifically John Halko, Barbara May, Gordon Cutting and Marc Caouette, have failed to draw in any new talent for the Edmonton area. For years I have told them to go after elementary schools, but they choose to just sit on their fat asses and do nothing (and when I say 'fat' I'm not speaking metaphorically only). After all these years I was quite surprised to see how fat John Halko and Barbara May got. We're talking pigasaurus type weight which is a manifestation of their sin nature taking the reigns.

To make matters even worse John Halko and Barbara May have banned me for life since 2009 from playing in sanctioned tournaments in Alberta which is abusive to say the least, to cover up their own negligence that I publically exposed. I know that if there was a business that needed managing, I would not be comforted as a shareholder if they were in charge nor inspired by their lack of creativity, poor choices and slothfulness over the years.

I find it exceedingly evil when someone is treated the way they treated me in order to deflect and cover up Barbara may lying to protect her hide. I know if I did something like that to someone I would feel guilty. But they don't have a conscience to feel that way.

Another way you can determine whether the ARA (i.e. John Halko and Barbara May) is doing a good job is see how many players are ranked players from Alberta. Every year it keeps going down ever since Halko and May have been in power. As of the June 2, 2015 update there are only 75 players ranked from Alberta. That is a pathetic showing considering the fact we have 6 facilities in Edmonton alone with 3 or more courts, one with 4 courts, and many more facilities with at least one court. The problem in large part is they do little to introduce the sport of racquetball to elementary and junior high school students. So their approach is doomed to fail whatever they do because they avoid the one essential thing -- getting kids excited! If Halko and May lack the spirit, no wonder why the spirit of racquetball is dead in Alberta. How could kids ever get inspired by the two fattest people in the sport of racquetball today? They might think, "I'd better not play this sport or I will end up like them." There is no interclub let alone a ranked interclub. And they really shy away from running more than just a few bare bone tournaments across Albert per year so they do as little work as possible. They are fat and lazy!

The ARA is a joke in my humble opinion. I am free to say this and tell the truth because I have been banned since 2009 from playing in Alberta racquetball sanctioned tournaments though I can play in any tournament across Canada. If the ARA was a business in the private sector it would have long since gone bankrupt. And when I say ARA I am specifically referring to only Barbara May and John Halko. The ARA needs fresh new board members with new eyes and new ideas. Creativity is sorely lacking. Plus, it doesn't help when the morality of Barb is to lie to protect her hide to cover up her negligence at my expense. She's an unrepentant sinner. She is willing to hurt another to protect her serfdom, and Halko is no better because he attacks the Christian also and does not hold her accountable, but is aiding and abetting in her crime. This is their legacy and what they are remembered for. There is another word for this -- evil!

Before I respond to Barb's false accusation regarding #2, #3a, #3b and #6, I would like to point out clearly that Satan is the great false accuser and if Barbara May was a Christian she would not be doing this. That's a fact! She would be a sister in Christ and we would praise the Lord for what Jesus did on the cross. Therefore, her hostility in her flesh seeks to harm a Christian, because she knows I know she is going to Hell according to the Bible since she is too selfish to repent and believe in Christ to be regenerated. We know this. Barb sends her annual complaint against me, this time in response to my video I assume. I covered #3 and #6 in previous comments, but now she adds #2. I don't ask that you ban Barb from Racquetball Canada but prevent letting her evil win out. That is my prayer. I forgive her.

2. Members of Racquetball Canada and participants in Racquetball Canada programs and activities are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner consistent with the policies of Racquetball Canada. Conduct that violates these policies may be subject to sanctions.

She is being evil accusing of threatening which I have not threatened anything. She doesn't actually point to any threats specifically, but is very coy and couth. She accused of harassing. I haven't harassed her at all. I never talk to her ever but simply documented her abusive behavior. That's the right thing to do. She accused of degrading, but she is degrading as the video shows by being abusive in lying to protect her hide to cover up her own negligence at my expense and consequently banning me from playing in sanctioned tournaments in Alberta to misdirect away from herself and her misdeeds. Notice she never, not once, addresses this fact about her as the source of when she banned me from playing in sanctioned tournaments in Alberta. What is being circumvented actually exposes the thing she does not want revealed. Barb's looking for vindication of her abusive behavior if I am banned from Racquetball Canada. Dangerous behavior if gone unchecked gives her license for more abusive acts. Evil wins out in that case and God's judgment I am convinced comes upon those who would protect the mistreatment of others.

Instead of Barb allowing me to play sanctioned racquetball tournaments, banning since 2009, she continues to harass by preventing me from playing in sanctioned tournaments in Alberta. This is malicious! My video clearly shows her immoral behavior, what she is trying to cover up, but all she does in response instead of repenting and allowing me to play in sanctioned tournaments in Alberta, is send in vague and coy complaint letters to Racquetball Canada. Think how evil she is for her end game is to try to prevent me from playing not just in Alberta sanctioned tournaments, but Racquetball Canada sanctioned tournaments as well. This is evil. I've played in sanctioned tournaments most of my life but when Barbara May came along all that changed when Barb chose to be unethical towards me. I can only keep pointing to this fact. I don't intend to make someone repent of their misconduct, but I can expose them for their malicious behavior which we should all do when someone is mistreated.

The Danger of People Who Revile God

To understand why the Alberta Racquetball Association, the affair of John Halko and Barbara May, and Racquetball Canada (namely, Terry Nelson) are permeated by corruption it is best to view the people who are enticed by power over their fellow citizens esp. Christians. Leo Tolstoy offered us the following insight into such "public servants:"

"In order to obtain and hold power a man must love it. Thus, the effort to get it is not likely to be coupled with goodness, but with the opposite qualities of pride, craft and cruelty."

Charles-Louis de Secondat, Baron de La Brède et de Montesquieu, who was famous for his articulation of the theory of separation of powers, which is implemented in many worldwide constitutions (especially the US) wrote:

"EXPERIENCE CONSTANTLY PROVES THAT EVERY MAN WHO HAS POWER IS IMPELLED TO ABUSE IT."

This is why the Bible teaches separation of Church and State.

The Holy Spirit has a word for Terry Nelson, Barbara May and John Halko: "Those who turn justice into wormwood throw righteousness to the ground.... They hate the one who convicts the guilty at the city gate and despise the one who speaks with integrity.... For I know your crimes are many and your sins innumerable. They oppress the righteous, take a bribe, and deprive the poor of justice at the gates.... Seek good and not evil so that you may live, and the LORD, the God of Hosts, will be with you. Hate evil and love good; establish justice in the gate. Perhaps the LORD, the God of Hosts, will be gracious" (Amos 5.7,10, 12, 14-15).

"The Lord GOD has sworn by Himself -- this is the declaration of Yahweh, the God of Hosts: I loathe...pride, arrogance and hate his citadels, so I will hand over...and everything in it. And if there are 10 men left in one house [ever shrinking racquetball], they will die. He will call to someone in the inner recesses of the house [the boards of RC and ARA], Any more with you? That person will reply, None. For the LORD commands: The large house [Racquetball Canada] will be smashed to pieces, and the small house (Alberta Racquetball) to rubble. There are no Christians on the boards of these organizations (mostly atheists), and I am the only person banned from these organizations. I am a Christian.

The email you should have sent was to say you are contacting Racquetball Canada to request to reinstate me, but instead you remain passive when evil is happening. Because you are unwilling to do the right thing, God according to the Bible judges YOU and regret will eat away at you over the years. It seems to me those who are ranked just below me in the Alberta rankings, Jeff Buller and John Halko, will increase their ranking when I am gone.

I want people to understand the abuse that took place by John Halko and Barbara May. They sent about a dozen FORMAL complaint letters to Racquetball Canada (for what?) over the past 7 years (I haven't sent any), unjustified of course, which I have documented on the Internet extensively. The Internet is the great equalizer and exposes injustice. Eventually Racquetball Canada caved in after 7 years banned from Alberta Racquetball. Over that time I have not said anything materially different from day 1. Terry Nelson of Racquetball Canada said in his last statement to me unless I remove all comments on the Internet and videos, which is an unreasonable request, he will not reinstate me, so I wanted to document this abuse. If you don't stand up against abusiveness in your own home turf of Alberta what good are you Jeff Buller?

What's interesting to me is since 2009 there has been no specific allegation, but everything remains today quite vague and evasive when you read Halko or May or McBride's steady flow of complaint letters to Racquetball Canada about me. Don't they have anything better to do? After playing 30 tournaments for 4 years across Canada (except Alberta) from 2012 to 2016, Halko finally got his wish for me to be banned also from Racquetball Canada. To send that many complaint letters must go with it the desire to have me banned from RC and not just the ARA. If you bombard and smother Racquetball Canada enough times with complaint letters, eventually RC caved in which is expedient but necessary morale.

I have a right to defend myself against abusive behavior exposing Barbara Maya for lying to protect her hide at my expense to cover up her own negligence back in 2009. That's how it all started. When I defended myself and exposed unrighteousness I was banned. Can you see how evil this is?

Living by the Spirit’s Power

Remember what is behind all this, the spirit of deception and antichrist, non-Christians esp. atheists attacking the Christian (including Kathryn Iwaasa a Mormon on the ARA board who rejects the Biblical Jesus; she sent a complaint letter to Racquetball Canada also). None of the board members of the ARA, including Jeff Buller, nor the 3 people on the deciding panel of Racquetball Canada (I believe to be Terry Nelson, Cheryl Adlard, and Jack McBride) are Christians. Cheryl and McBride verbally get quite violent with me about Christ. They are too selfish to come to the cross as helpless sinners to receive the Lord Jesus as Savior, so they are going to Hell. The atheists Wayne Woiken (a police officer), Barbara May, and John Halko even conspired to get the police to come to my door in 2016. I explained this abusiveness to the officers, they understood, and they left. I haven't heard from them since. What this all proves is the SINNER will never repent come Hell or Highwater. They will keep trying to justify their flesh.

They don't stop, they just keep coming at you, e.g. after playing racquetball for 3 months at the Mayfield club, the manager told me that she banned me from the club at the request of Barbara May and John Halko; within a month after that word was given the facility would be permanently shut down so players were disbanded to play at the Kinsmen which is more like a dungeon. And now the operations manager of LA Fitness where these players play (e.g. Cam Bourque, Manny Gregorio, Jack McBride) on the west end told me within the next few years the courts would be closed down and turned into hot yoga. So GARC in Sherwood Park is the only nice facility left which I live within a mile of. It seems to me God is intervening and judging. For every move by the non-Christian Terry Nelson, God has a counter move. He thinks he has outsmarted God by his actions. It's like the 10 plagues. Each plague hardens the Pharaoh's heart further because the Pharaoh will not repent of his wrong doing. I just sit back and watch it unfold. Recently Barbara May was fired from her job and John Halko is not on the ARA board anymore. I was told she took a leave of absence and didn't return to do the work she is paid for instead of just quitting.

Ultimately, God is using this situation to lead people to Christ, because it reveals such hostility by non-Christians; having given the gospel of salvation to Halko, May, Adlard, Nelson, McBride, and those on the board in 2009 Gerry Slamko, Jamie Brayley and Marc Caouette, they know that I know according to the Bible they are going to Hell because they reject Christ. Some get quite angry such as McBride and Slamko which I vividly recall. Instead of giving their lives to Christ to be reconciled with God by accepting the what Jesus did on the cross to receive forgiveness, the Holy Spirit indwelling and eternal life, they lash out at an outspoken member of the body of Christ. The truth is not unreasonable but it is unloved. Just for the record if I did what Nelson, McBride, May and Halko did, I would feel guilty inside but they don't have a conscience to realize what they are doing is wrong. There really is a difference between the regenerated conscience of a person who is saved and a person who is not saved. We should not treat others differently than the way we would like to be treated irrespective of religion or position. This is the second greatest commandment: "love your neighbor as thyself" (Matt. 22.39). The first Jesus said is to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." (v.37) I don't think we can say these individuals are doing this at all!

Anyone who reads this should know they have the choice: do you want true authentic life as a Christian - a personal relationship with Jesus Christ -, or to behave like these non-Christians, because that is the dividing line? No Christian would have banned me from 2009 to today from Alberta Racquetball, nor from 2016 to today from Racquetball Canada. This is entirely the work of those who are antichrist. The board members of the ARA and the 3 person panel at Racquetball Canada all reject Jesus Christ. As Doug Jones said, "those atheists are not as passive as they would like you to believe" and Barry Ould said very angrily, "You are not allowed to talk about Christianity at racquetball." I rest my case.

I would not change a thing I said, because it is grounded in the truth. Jesus is the way, THE TRUTH, and the life. Praise the Lord!

Some may say that religious discrimination is taking place here which is grounds for legal action, but I've chosen to turn the other cheek and leave it in God's hand to handle those who reject the risen Lord.
