Default What did the OT say about resurrection?

"For thou wilt not leave my soul to Sheol; Neither wilt thou suffer thy holy one to see corruption" (Ps. 16.10).

This is a promise of resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Holy One.

Job 19:25-27 For I know that my Redeemer liveth, and that He shall stand at the latter day upon the earth. And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God. Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

"And [if] after my skin this shall be destroyed, yet from out of my flesh shall I see God;" (v. 26 Darby)

This indicates a resurrected spiritual body.

The unholy trinity of the dragon, 1st beast (666) and 2nd beast, can destroy our body, but we have already died with Christ on the cross which renders Satan powerless and ineffective against resurrection life.
