The Book of Mormon says it was dark for 3 days when Jesus died. Whereas the Bible says 3 hours. There was a solar eclipse when Jesus died. There are no solar eclipses that last 3 days. Why does the Book of Mormon say there were horses and donkeys in the Americas when no archaeological evidence exists? The Book of Mormon says Jesus was born in Jerusalem. The Bible says Jesus was born in Bethlehem. Joseph Smith made these mistakes because he was trying to be cute, not inspired by God. He made lots of stupid mistakes, paying more attention to his prostitutes and 40 wives than the truth. Melchizedek reigned without father or mother, without genealogy. Book of Mormon says Melchizedek did reign under his Father. Only those from the tribe of Levi could serve in the Aaronic Priesthood. Book of Mormon says Manasseh could serve in the priesthood.
The 3 witnesses of the golden plates and of the angel were Oliver Cowdery, David Whitmer, and Martin Harris. They renounced Mormonism before their deaths and condemned as reprobates by the Mormon Church.
