Default Many False Christians Will Accept the Antichrist is Jesus

Some say Dan. 9.27 has to do with Jesus confirming the new covenant for 7 years. They say there were 4 Passovers so it had to mean Jesus ministered for 3 1/2 years and the latter 3 1/2 years will be years just before His return. The Bible explicitly states only 3 Passovers so that is a ministry of 2 years and perhaps a couple months.

Furthermore, they make Jesus the prince of the Romans who destroyed the Temple 70 AD. Could such nomenclature be used to speak of Jesus? Is Jesus really the prince of the Romans? Not my Jesus.

And of course, we have the overlapping problem because it is well proven Jesus died on the cross Friday, Nisan 14, Passover, April 1, 33 AD (a lunar eclipse) so that there would be an overlap from the the 69th seven that ended March 28, 33 AD (Gregorian) and when Jesus ministered before He died on the cross. All in all this doesn't make sense. The negative consequence of this view, of course, whom they call Jesus is really the Antichrist so they will reject His second coming and bow to the Antichrist instead. They treat the Antichrist figuratively not as an actual person who will deceive the world. A person can allegorize anything but is that really plausible and provide us with explanatory scope and power?

    What do Christians actually believe?

We believe because of the above problems, there is only one possibility that the Tribulation is 2,520 days from Feast of Trumpets to Tisha B'Av. The year this will occur will be after the 3 events of Rev. 6.12 (great earthquake, unique solar eclipse, unique red blood moon) that take place 2010/11, 2013, 2014/15 which precede the terrible day of the Lord of this final seven years. It is this final seven that gets broken by the Antichrist in the middle.

"And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that maketh desolate" (Dan. 11.31).

"And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate" (Dan. 9.27).

"Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God" (2 Thess. 2.4).

"When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, whoso readeth, let him understand" (Matt. 24.15).

"But do not measure the court outside the temple; leave that out, for it is given over to the nations, and they will trample over the holy city for forty-two months" (Rev. 11.2). The 3rd Temple will not be destroyed during the Great Tribulation.

"And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?" (Rev. 13.4) This beast is the Antichrist.

"And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months" (Rev. 13.5). The Great Tribulation is 42 months.

"And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live" (Rev. 13.14). This image of the beast is the abomination of desolation. It will have the ability to speak.

Remember, Satan wants you to believe his Antichrist is God. Those who claim the first 3 1/2 years of Daniel's final seven have already been fulfilled so that there is no Antichrist who breaks a covenant with Israel will accept this covenant with Israel as done by God, as well as, breaking of that covenant as Jesus' doing when in fact it is really the doings of the Antichrist.

What a set up to expose many false Christians. They probably will take the mark of the beast also.

What is this "prince of the Romans" you speak of? Is that what full-Preterism is?
The "people of the prince" (Dan. 9.26) are the Romans, and to make Jesus the one who caused the Romans to destroy the Temple 70 AD would make Jesus the prince of the Romans. Surely that can't be right. This same prince created a false 7 year confirmation of a covenant and broke it (Dan. 9.27). Would Jesus do that? When did Jesus ever confirm a covenant over 7 years?

"Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that Antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time" (1 John 2.18).

The Antichrist is the antichrist of all antichrists. The Antichrist is Satan's ultimate creation. The Antichrist confirms a covenant for 7 years then breaks it.

Are you not saying in no uncertain terms you will accept the Antichrist because you don't believe he will manifest himself?
