"Except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition" (2 Thess. 2.3). The general rapture and resurrection come after we know of the Antichrist and his global following. The last trumpet is the last 24 months which which starts at Rev. 11.15 ("there were great voices in heaven") which pours out the 7 bowls of wrath.

We see at the start of the Tribulation those "before the throne" (7.9). Also at 11.1 we see saints in heaven before the "temple of God [in heaven]...them that worship therein". This occurs before the general rapture and resurrection.

Clearly there is a general rapture and resurrection at the start of the last trumpet (bowls of wrath), but that does not disallow the first rapture of a couple million of believers who are watchful, prayerful and keep the word of His patience (Luke 21.36, Rev. 3.10).

If the Antichrist is revealed before the Tribulation then "that man of sin be revealed" would occur before the first rapture.
