Overcomers are not all believers just those who were watchful, prayerful, and kept the word of His patience and can include martyrs. All men overcometh just not at the same time.

I agree with you the 144,000 comes from 6000 x 24. That makes sense. But in terms of Jubilees, the 120th Jubilee would have to be the start of the 7 year Tribulation, since the parousia of Christ commences with the start of the Tribulation.
