The State Legislatures Should Take Control but They are Not. What gives?

I don't understand how there are 66,000 juvenile voters in Georgia yet Trump still lost Georgia. What the hell? How can you certify for Biden? You can only certify in this case for Trump? I don't understand why this is not being put forward to Congress and is ignored? Doesn't make sense. This is criminal. The vote has easily been overturned in all swing states so why is Trump not president? Doesn't make sense. It's so frustrating. What should happen now is each state legislature which are all republicans by the way should recall the electors and resubmit the new electors for Trump. Why is this not happening? It's insane.
