The Local Church Contradiction

Saying, "I will declare Your name to My brothers, in the midst of the church I will sing hymns of praise to You." ~ Heb. 2:12(RcV)

The Local Church are contradicting themselves. They teach the church is a locality, yet their own Recovery Version contradicts that, claiming it is a congregation or assembly, for that is the context of their text.

Congregation is not the Church. That's the deception. That's what creates the false question, "what church do you go to?" They should ask, "what congregation or meeting place do you attend?" if that is what they are asking. They can also ask, "what church you attend?" Simply answer, "the church of...[your locality]".

"In the midst of the assembly" (NKJV). Right!
"in the presence of the congregation" (NIV). Right!
ESV, RSV, ASV, YNG, DBY, HNV, NLT are all right too!

RCV and KJV are wrong!
