Banned for Life from the Alberta Racquetball Association
Where there is no Jesus, evil always reigns. "Any regime restricting the rights of man is abusive and must be resisted." Man's misunderstanding does not affect the testimony: "keep your conscience clear, so that, when you are abused, those who revile your good behavior in Christ may be put to shame" (1 Pet. 3.16). Good conduct cannot appease an evil conscience; but neither will much reviling by man cast a shadow over a good conscience.
"And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them" (Eph. 5.11). "A righteous man or woman hateth lying: but a wicked man or woman is loathsome, and cometh to shame" (Prov. 13.5). Bottom line: Barbara May lied to protect her hide in 2009 at my expense to try to misdirect her negligence, willingly hurting another to preserve her position. When I publically exposed this loathsome and shameful behavior, she and John made matters worse as they desperately tried to cover up her actions by banning me, and John Halko defends that deceit and unethical behavior. Since they won't repent as they are not Christians (which is where their main hostility resides against Christ), I look forward to the day they are no longer running Alberta Racquetball Association wielding their immoral dagger. I look forward to being a member of the ARA when that happens.
I am banned for life by the Alberta Racquetball Association from playing in Alberta sanctioned racquetball tournaments since 2009 by Barbara May and John Halko. Do their actions strike you as weird, cruel, evil and vindictive?
I've been playing racquetball most my life, but by the actions one day of Barbara May who I doubt back in 2009 had ever picked up a racquetball racquet in her life set in motion this abusive behavior and mistreatment towards me. I had a choice when Barb lied to protect to her hide to be silent about it or to speak up and expose her. I chose the latter. When I found out she was retaliating by moving to ban me, expecting the ARA board to go along with her plan because several on the board expressed to me their hostility towards Christ, I promptly let everyone in the racquetball community across Canada know she was utterly deceitful and despicable and that this unjust behavior was taking place by the ARA.
There was no due process in person to hear my complaint. I was never given a hearing. My request was denied. Once they voted to ban me for life, no explanation was given of any substance to point to anything that I did to deserve this.
Since then I have been banned permanently without recourse except legal action. I turned the other cheek but made sure I documented everything. You'll hardly find two scratches put together by Halko and Barb about why they banned me and continue to do so. It is inexplicable. It is my belief that the longer this goes on the worse Barb May and John Halko look, and everyone knows it in their heart of hearts.
It was wrong for the other board members of the ARA in 2009 to allow this to occur in the first place who did not have the courage to stand up for what's right. Of course, Marc Caouette, James Brayley and Gerry Slamko have since left the ARA board. But the longer this goes on by the existing executive, the more you know it is religious discrimination.
Should I take legal action? Forward legal advice here. Gerald Frederick who is a past president of the ARA or ERA believes I have grounds for religious discrimination which is unacceptable. I am reminded by someone who approached me at the 2012 Saskatchewan Open who recommended that I should "continue to take the high road" and another at the 2012 Selection Event in Kelowna who said, "They don't have a right to do what they did." I appreciate the growing support. Thank you.

God will deal with Barbara May accordingly even now as she is always trying to conceal what she has done and her motivation for doing so. And those on the ARA who conspired with her are equally guilty because they are complicit and do nothing to remedy the situation. Here we can say the sin of omission is as great as the sin of commission. Jesus said, how you treat one of His elect, you are treating Him also. Their hatred and hostility is not really towards me but my God and His only begotten Son Jesus Christ.
For eternity let it be known Barb lied to protect her hide and will never repent. What is God to do?
"But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, their portion will be in the lake that burns with fire and sulfur, which is the second death" (Rev. 21.8).
This is the work God called me to display publicly on the Internet, because where there is this kind of brutal behavior by Barbara May and John Halko, you can be sure this was not their first time nor will it be their last. I believe this is why God called me to expose their evil behavior, because it is so evil. As more realize this about them the more it will impact their efforts to try to cover it up.
In talking with several racquetball players about this matter, they have told me some of the decisions through the years by Barbara May and John Halko have not been very good whether banning people, concerning tournaments or preventing them. It appears, also, John Halko has gone on a banning spree through the years going all the way back to when he was on the ERA. He tends to ban people for too long, not long enough, bans them when he shouldn't have, and doesn't ban them when he should have. He's inconsistent even ad hoc.
I have many stories to tell which you might find interesting that do not reflect well on John Halko. I recall an instance when John charged an expense to a player for over $500 for breaking a glass door when it was only half his fault; so, he should have only been charged half. John banned this player who was in his early 20's. Halko ruined the racquetball prospects of that player by banning him for a year so that player never returned to his former glory since, as a result, he took 5 years off from racquetball. The other party involved incited the conflict but was not banned. Why this prejudicial treatment? John doesn't think things through properly.
John Halko has always been a jealous racquetball player. I remember when I lost to Danny Tarrabain in the 2008 Edmonton Open final, after the match John said to me, "Now you are one of us now" referring to his long history of losing to better players. I always thought that was a weird comment by him showing he has issues. Lately, too, I have noticed John has been making it to the semi-finals in some tournaments I would have entered but can't play in because he has banned me for life.
In another instance the ARA, and ERA under John Halko, paid for the entire expense of breaking a glass door under no less aggression than the case cited above. This beneficial treatment that was given to Bob Bear was again given to Bob Bear when Jack McBride through his influence got Al Cuttriss in his Vernon tournament to enter Bob Bear at the last minute in front of other people who registered months in advance which is completely contrary to Al's alleged policy of first come, first serve. The immorality is appalling.
John Halko didn't listen or care to understand when God banned him from the Mayfield Athletic Club on Dec. 21, 2012. He kept his mind shut and his heart closed. Just a month after he, along with Barb, conspired to get me banned from the club in July, he was told the club will be closed down permanently. After playing at Mayfield for several months, the manager all of a sudden banned me out of nowhere. She said she banned me because of the actions of the ARA. If they won't listen to this most pronounced judgment upon them beyond all our expectations, I doubt there is much left to cause them to repent. All they can do is wait for that eternal judgment at the Great White Throne.
The situation has gotten even worse! The last facilities in Edmonton with 3 courts, the University of Alberta and the Glen Allan Recreation Complex, have rejected a request for a league night run by Barry Ould. [The Kinsmen Field House in 2013 opened up a 3rd court for handball and racquetball players, but there are no glass back walls for viewing from below, just a pigeon hole to look through in a narrowly confined space like a jail cell.] One of the first things Barry Ould said to me when I started playing racquetball again in March, 2012 was "You are not allowed to talk about Christianity at racquetball." To which I replied, "Racquetball would not exist if it were not for Jesus having created it." We are allowed to talk about Barry's beliefs at racquetball, but not about Christianity? Are doublestandards ethical? Why does Barry think it is alright not to treat others as he would like to be treated? How much worse can it get for these unfriendly old racquetball players who self-exalt themselves so proudly antichrist and try to downcast God's children (Christians)? Christians by the way are Trinitarians.
I am sure if a referendum was held, most sanctioned racquetball players in Alberta would want me to play in Alberta tournaments and not be discriminated against any further. What Barbara May and John Halko try to avoid at all costs is why they banned me in the first place. Nobody really knows why they banned me. I'm not sure they even realize why they banned me. Of course, deep down inside it is because they are rebellious to God of the Bible whom I follow. When pressed for the reason they concoct in their minds, they are unable to be specific and give a real reason with evidence. To say the least it is bizarre! Satan is the great [vague] accuser and his followers do his bidding [acting in similar fashion].
"And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night" (Rev. 12.10).
The Holy Spirit has told me this saga ends with me no longer being able to play racquetball in Canadian sanctioned events because of what Jack McBride, the president of Racquetball Canada, is about to do. He is exploring several different ways he can ban me from Racquetball Canada (as per his letter to me) unjustly of course. This will be his legacy to ban a Christian from racquetball. Suffice it to say, he will succeed because he has his heart set on it. This action goes back to his heart. When I started playing racquetball again in March 2012 Jack McBride said that I accused him in 2009 of not being a Christian (though I had no recollection of doing so) to which I replied, "Do you believe Jesus is God?" Jack responded very aggressively, "I don't want to talk about religion." Yet, he is the one who brought it up and called himself a Christian pretending to be one. A Christian would never respond that way, but be a testimony for the Lord testifying to one's faith in the Lord Jesus who He truly is; for Jesus said, unless you confess who I truly am to others, I will deny you before the Father in heaven (Matt. 10.32-33). Christians have the joy of the Lord and enjoy the opportunity to share the gospel of salvation to sinners and fellowship with members of the body of Christ whom will be together for eternity in the New City and New Earth (Rev. 21). Why then would Jack McBride be so hard nosed towards a Christian if Jack is my brother in Christ?
There is no such thing as a silent Christian. "A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh" (Luke 6.45). Jesus said if you are ashamed of Him, He is ashamed of you! Brothers and sisters in Christ identify each other as members of the Church body of Christ and who the Head is.
Jesus was sinless. Only God is sinless. Jack knows he is not a Christian because he rejects Jesus is God, and he knows I know that he is going to Hell according to the Bible for rejecting what Jesus did for him on the cross. It is this heartbroken story I impart to you what motivates Jack to attack me. His way is to get me banned from Racquetball Canada. I have never met anyone as old as Jack who ever gave his life to Christ, but there could always be that rare exception. It would be the first time for me to see someone that old who has long since made up his mind to have a change of heart and give his life to Christ. Let's pray for Jack.
The natural and selfish human response is to react to defend oneself instead of repent when you have been publicly displayed as having acted unrighteously. Barbara May, John Halko, Barry Ould and Jack McBride have been exposed for all to see, but this is just the beginning of their problems. What's that old saying...''Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive"; such warnings as this fall on their deaf ears; perhaps they love their sin too much to change. In hindsight, what Barbara should have done was simply not lie to protect her hide at the expense of others. Or, once caught in her lie, she should have repented and apologized instead of taking all manner of action against a Christian who as a consequence was drawn by the Holy Spirit to put her sin on public display. But arrogance and pride do not allow for repentance and apology. How can you be Christlike if you don't want to give your life to Christ?
Why lie in the first place? The reason Barb lied in the first place was two-fold: (1) because of her own negligence as documented in the 21 point proof. She didn't think twice to hurt another person for her own protection and income when she calculated she could get away with it. Furthermore, (2) Barb who self-exalts herself did not receive the same accolades from me so she decided to retaliate when she was not greatly honored. Her pride was hurt. I was unimpressed with her morality from the beginning as I could sense by the Holy Spirit she was up to no good. Consistent with her behavior, she rejects Christ. I knew that I was dealing with someone of low scruples, and John Halko was not far behind her. In the business world they both would have been fired, because you could go to their boss and explain the situation. But the ARA has no higher authority. If the other board members are too passive or too afraid to do the right thing and look into the matter, blindly accepting things as they are told in some vague fashion, then the abuse continues. What they, or inciting parties, delusionally think they have gotten away with by banning me for life from the ARA are appearances only. In reality, God monitors everything, and you can't put past Him a single thing. Further judgment is coming upon John Halko and Barbara May however God decides to administer it. I would not want to be in their shoes. Any activity founded on immoral conduct or delusional thoughts always falls in the end.
John and Barb try to use at least two red herrings to cover up and deflect away from Barb's misdeeds. The first red herring is as follows. Cam Bourque emailed dozens of racquetball players, stating that I was "a lunatic" for being a Christian. In reply, I contrasted his claim with his godless faith and his infidelity. What love is that to reject the Creator of the universe and to cheat on your wife? She is living a lie because she doesn't know her own husband cheats on her, and he doesn't have the moral fortitude to be honest with her. I am banned from the ARA for life because I responded to Cam Bourque's attack by comparing how he lives his life as an adulterer to that of a lunatic. "Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother" (Mark 10.19). What's worse? to show someone is an adulterer or to call someone a lunatic for their faith? Obviously, the latter is worse and not very tolerant of others. This is not in itself even a legitimate reason to ban someone from the ARA. Originally, this conversation took place by email then once I was banned, I transferred it onto the Internet in lieu of the fact that the ARA has never specifically told me why they banned me so feel free to peruse those emails. Have I not the right to defend the truth? What then does the ARA have on me to start or continue a life-long ban? Nothing.
The second red herring goes out to Barry Ould who banned me from his league as if I wanted to join it anyway. He is confused with regard to the r2sports database email. I emailed everyone in the r2sports database for racquetball across Canada about the evil actions of Barbara May and the ARA. I did this after I was being abused and mistreated, that is, after I was told the ARA was cancelling the tournament I was running without any reason given and after they were convening to determine whether to ban me from the ARA. So prudently, I exposed the inquisition for what it was before it would be too late. This is not grounds for being banned for life from the ARA anyway so the point is mute. Again, I ask, what does the ARA have on me to start or continue a life-long ban? Nothing.
We are dealing with some unscrupulous behavior of unrighteous individuals, in particular John Halko and Barbara May, which I am confident by having documented precisely what has occurred, history and truth are on my side. I have never found a single person who has discussed this matter with me at length in depth in person who ever thought Barbara May and John Halko were in the right.
Praise the Lord for this discernment! Amen.

The email you should have sent was to say you are contacting Racquetball Canada to request to reinstate me, but instead you remain passive when evil is happening. I want people to understand the abuse that took place by John Halko and Barbara May. They sent about a dozen FORMAL complaint letters to Racquetball Canada (for what?) over the past 7 years (I haven't sent any), unjustified of course, which I have documented on the Internet extensively. The Internet is the great equalizer and exposes injustice. Eventually Racquetball Canada caved in after 7 years banned from Alberta Racquetball. Over that time I have not said anything materially different from day 1. Terry Nelson of Racquetball Canada said in his last statement to me unless I remove all comments on the Internet and videos, which is an unreasonable request, he will not reinstate me, so I wanted to document this abuse. If you don't stand up against abusiveness in your own home turf of Alberta what good are you Jeff Buller?
What's interesting to me is since 2009 there has been no specific allegation, but everything remains today quite vague and evasive when you read Halko or May or McBride's steady flow of complaint letters to Racquetball Canada about me. Don't they have anything better to do? After playing 30 tournaments for 4 years across Canada (except Alberta) from 2012 to 2016, Halko finally got his wish for me to be banned also from Racquetball Canada. To send that many complaint letters must go with it the desire to have me banned from RC and not just the ARA. If you bombard and smother Racquetball Canada enough times with complaint letters, eventually RC caved in which is expedient but necessary morale.
I have a right to defend myself against abusive behavior exposing Barbara Maya for lying to protect her hide at my expense to cover up her own negligence back in 2009. That's how it all started. When I defended myself and exposed unrighteousness I was banned. Can you see how evil this is?

Living by the Spirit’s Power

Remember what is behind all this, the spirit of deception and antichrist, non-Christians esp. atheists attacking the Christian (including Kathryn Iwaasa a Mormon on the ARA board who rejects the Biblical Jesus; she sent a complaint letter to Racquetball Canada also). None of the board members of the ARA, including Jeff Buller, nor the 3 people on the deciding panel of Racquetball Canada (I believe to be Terry Nelson, Cheryl Adlard, and Jack McBride) are Christians. Cheryl and McBride verbally get quite violent with me about Christ. They are too selfish to come to the cross as helpless sinners to receive the Lord Jesus as Savior, so they are going to Hell. The atheists Wayne Woiken (a police officer), Barbara May, and John Halko even conspired to get the police to come to my door in 2016. I explained this abusiveness to the officers, they understood, and they left. I haven't heard from them since. What this all proves is the SINNER will never repent come Hell or Highwater. They will keep trying to justify their flesh.
They don't stop, they just keep coming at you, e.g. after playing racquetball for 3 months at the Mayfield club, the manager told me that she banned me from the club at the request of Barbara May and John Halko; within a month after that word was given the facility would be permanently shut down so players were disbanded to play at the Kinsmen which is more like a dungeon. And now the operations manager of LA Fitness where these players play (e.g. Cam Bourque, Manny Gregorio, Jack McBride) on the west end told me within the next few years the courts would be closed down and turned into hot yoga. So GARC in Sherwood Park is the only nice facility left which I live within a mile of. It seems to me God is intervening and judging. For every move by the non-Christian Terry Nelson, God has a counter move. He thinks he has outsmarted God by his actions. It's like the 10 plagues. Each plague hardens the Pharaoh's heart further because the Pharaoh will not repent of his wrong doing. I just sit back and watch it unfold. Recently Barbara May was fired from her job and John Halko is not on the ARA board anymore. I was told she took a leave of absence and didn't return to do the work she is paid for instead of just quitting.
Ultimately, God is using this situation to lead people to Christ, because it reveals such hostility by non-Christians; having given the gospel of salvation to Halko, May, Adlard, Nelson, McBride, and those on the board in 2009 Gerry Slamko, Jamie Brayley and Marc Caouette, they know that I know according to the Bible they are going to Hell because they reject Christ. Some get quite angry such as McBride and Slamko which I vividly recall. Instead of giving their lives to Christ to be reconciled with God by accepting the what Jesus did on the cross to receive forgiveness, the Holy Spirit indwelling and eternal life, they lash out at an outspoken member of the body of Christ. The truth is not unreasonable but it is unloved. Just for the record if I did what Nelson, McBride, May and Halko did, I would feel guilty inside but they don't have a conscience to realize what they are doing is wrong. There really is a difference between the regenerated conscience of a person who is saved and a person who is not saved. We should not treat others differently than the way we would like to be treated irrespective of religion or position. This is the second greatest commandment: "love your neighbor as thyself" (Matt. 22.39). The first Jesus said is to "Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind." (v.37) I don't think we can say these individuals are doing this at all!
Anyone who reads this should know they have the choice: do you want true authentic life as a Christian - a personal relationship with Jesus Christ -, or to behave like these non-Christians, because that is the dividing line? No Christian would have banned me from 2009 to today from Alberta Racquetball, nor from 2016 to today from Racquetball Canada. This is entirely the work of those who are antichrist. The board members of the ARA and the 3 person panel at Racquetball Canada all reject Jesus Christ. As Doug Jones said, "those atheists are not as passive as they would like you to believe" and Barry Ould said very angrily, "You are not allowed to talk about Christianity at racquetball." I rest my case.
I would not change a thing I said, because it is grounded in the truth. Jesus is the way, THE TRUTH, and the life. Praise the Lord!
Some may say that religious discrimination is taking place here which is grounds for legal action, but I've chosen to turn the other cheek and leave it in God's hand to handle those who reject the risen Lord.
