The Bible says in Rev. 21 the New City will have no need of the sun, so don't worry about Dark Energy expanding at a faster rate than the collapsing and entropy of gravity and dark matter. Hawking Radiation is the collapse of black holes over trillions of years.

I would like to point out the alleged infinite regress is impossible of endless universes creating each other from the past because if there was this infinite regress of cause and effects, by that definition you would have had an eternity to come into being before now, so you should have already happened. The you that you are now is the only you that you could ever be now. By definition a you before now is not the you that you are now so you could not have happened before. Infinite regress is inherently contradictory and just a fantasy of man's imagination which he will often erect to reject his Creator.
