People have their eye on 2012 and the 390 meter wide asteroid Apophis that comes close to earth in 2029 and not so much again 2036. And 2012 is meaningless. It is just an alignment of Earth's procession, solar plane and galactic plan. Apophis has no way of hitting earth.
The Little Horn waxes Great Towards
the South and East Toward the Holy Land
"And the ten horns out of this kingdom [Europe] [are] ten kings [that] shall arise [first 10 countries of the European Communities]: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first [ones], and he shall subdue three kings" (Dan. 7.24).
This would begin with Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands joining in EEC economic alliance, then France, Italy, and West Germany joining in 1957 under the auspices of the newly drafted Treaty of Rome. In 1972, three additional members signed on: Denmark, England, and Ireland were received, then, on January 1 1981 (Greece and Italy in 2009 have the most public debt/gdp in Europe), Greece became the ratified tenth member. Luxembourg has an external debt/gdp of 3854% and Ireland at 1004% in 2009. Or are we talking about the consolidation of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in the United Kingdom under Prince William the Antichrist? Or are we talking about "from the first" the 3 Pillars of the European Union that are now subdued. Those 3 pillars are: European Communities, Common Foreign and Security Policy, and Police and Judicial Co-operation in Criminal Matters.
The European Union (EU) is governed by seven institutions - notice those 7 beautiful buildings which each having their own king.
Article 13 of Treaty on European Union lists them in the following order: the European Parliament, the European Council, the Council of the European Union (the Council); the European Commission, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Central Bank and the Court of Auditors.
"The three Communities shared the same membership" of 10 nations and 10 kings in 1981. The Antichrist will subdue the three kings of the three pilllars of the European Communities.
Between 1993 and 2009, the European Union (EU) legally consisted of three pillars. This structure was introduced with the Treaty of Maastricht on 1 November 1993, and was eventually abandoned on 1 December 2009 with the entry into force of the Treaty of Lisbon, when the EU obtained a consolidated legal personality. The Treaty of Lisbon also states that "the Union shall replace and succeed the European Community," with the effect that, once the Treaty entered into force, the EU obtained the membership of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) which had belonged to the European Communities pillar.
To sum up: the 10 horns are the first 10 countries in the European Union (there are 27 states now) before the forerunner who is the Antichrist was born in 1981. The Antichrist will be diverse from the first "three kings" (Dan. 7.24) he subdues which are the 3 pillars of the European Union that have been united into one legal entity of the EU Dec. 1, 2009 to be recognized as a member of the WTO. Therefore the Antichrist can't be Barack Hussein Obama, but would be the leader of the European Union.
The 10th country, and completion of 10 kings, joined the European Union in 1981, the year before Prince William was born, and the 3 pillars of the EU were subdued Dec. 1, 2009 (Dan. 7.24) to become a legal entity to the WTO. There are 7 institutions or 7 heads of the dragon of the European Union with their representative 10 kings. The heads have more power than horns. And behind the heads are the Club of Rome and Central Bankers.
"And out of one of them came forth a little horn, which waxed exceeding great, toward the south, and toward the east, and toward the pleasant [land] [Israel]" (Dan. 8.9). ""The next to come to power will be a despicable man who is not directly in line for royal succession. But he will slip in when least expected and take over the kingdom [Israel] by flattery and intrigue" (Dan. 11.21). "The king of the north will then return home with great riches. On the way he will set himself against the people [Jews] of the holy covenant, doing much damage before continuing his journey" (Dan. 11.28).
The Antichrist King is not native to the nation of Israel. Look closer, for it clearly mentions that after his initial visit to Israel, where he will do great and remarkable exploits, the Antichrist King "returns to his own land." This fact should stun those who vainly believe that the Antichrist must be a Jew living in Israel. The Antichrist King is not of the Holy land of Israel, yet must travel some distance both south and east to even get to Israel must mean that "his land" is positioned northwest of Israel. Following this north western line to its furthest extent we pass through the Roman Empire and arrive at the nation of Great Britain, an island nation, which perfectly fits the Scriptures of the Antichrist King arising from the Sea, from a nation in the Sea.
