That was said already when the 4 Step Proof says, "uncreated creator". If you are uncreated, it means you didn't happen all by yourself, but are uncreated: always existed.
He is uncreated and eternal as is proven by the fact that nature didn't happen all by itself, and the exponential progression of conscience tells us there could not be an eternity of the past of cause and effects. If nature can't cause itself (Step 2) and the supernatural can't happen all by itself (Step 4), there is only one possibility. The uncreated created. No other idea has ever been shown.
