God is Warning the Evil Person so the Evil Person Must Have Free Choice to Respond

The phrase in Romans 2.9 translated today as "every human being who does evil" is given in the original as "every soul of man who works evil." Hence, to warn the soul of a man who works evil is to warn an evil man.

"To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: For there is no respect of persons with God" (Rom. 2.7-11).

By saying there is no respect of persons with God, God is clearly indicating Calvinism is a heresy, because He does not irresistibly select some people (respecting them and not others). He warns everyone in the above passage, both the evil man and them that worketh good.
