Who is Going to be that Final Great Deceiver?

Who is going to be the final great deceiver? Trump? Hillary? Barack? someone from the European Union? Prince William? etc. Someone else?

Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist. The ruler (the Antichrist) will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven (7 years), but after half this time, he will put an end to the sacrifices and offerings. And as a climax to all his terrible deeds, he will set up a sacrilegious object that causes desecration, until the fate decreed for this defiler is finally poured out on him.
