Lord Rothchild is shorting the Euro for at least $200 million. This doesn't mean the US Dollar Index will go to 100. It might only go to say 90 then turn over and go to a new low below 70 around 2014.

When stuff like this happens it is very deception. Perhaps he is shorting the Euro for $200 million but privately he is long Euro for 10 billion. If you were dealing with lots of money, all eyes were on you and you wanted to deceive people that would be how you would do it. I would agree, I see the Dollar Index topping out at 90 at the most before rolling over down below 70 sometime around 2014.
