Mark Biltz is Confused

Why is Mark Biltz confused? He is the guy who first discovered the feast Tetrads. But why is he confused? He is confused because in this video just recently he said he is not trying to tie the 2014/15 Tetrad to the rebuilding of the 3rd Temple. Wow! So the 1949/50 is not about Israel a nation again, 1967/68 about Israel taking over Jerusalem, and 2014/15 not about the construction on the 3rd Temple to begin soon as well as the soon return of the Lord with the sign of the Son of Man Apophis in 2029, and the first rapture according to readiness Feast of Trumpets Sept. 26, 2022? How can someone so knowledgeable not understand this?
