Niall Ferguson, the Tribulation and the Antichrist

There is no other way to put it, after you watch this by the famous economist Niall Ferguson, you will come to same conclusion by the year 2020 at the latest the world will not be what it is now. The US Dollar will have tanked into oblivion and war MUST take place in the middle east for oil otherwise a nation will see $500 oil and be unable to support itself energy wise. In other words, WW III will be on the doorstep by 2020.

This is in keeping perfectly with Daniel's last set of seven years [Revelation chapters 8-19]: "And he [Antichrist] shall confirm the covenant with many for one unit of seven years: and in the midst of it he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease [of the newly constructed Temple, see 2 Thess. 2.4], and for the overspreading of abominations [sets up an idol in the 3rd Temple] he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate [WW III]" (Dan. 9.27).

7 is a basic unit to work with because it is the smallest number divisible by numbers 2 to 10. 7 in the Bible stands for temporary conclusion or perfection.

Reverently, seven is used out of the fact that God "restored" creation summed up by six literal days, followed by the rest on the 7th day, just like there has been 6000 years from 3986 BC to 2015 AD followed by the millennial reign of Christ as the Sabbath Rest or Millennial Peace before the New City commences. It is supposed to begin 2015, but due to the sin of man in the Tribulation of 7 years, it is postponed till the war is concluded.

I guess you won't realize this till it happens if you are a non-believer, but by then it will be too late for you because your heart will likely be solidified to take the mark of the beast. If a person takes the mark willingly they are permanently lost.

"And the beast was seized, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshiped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone" (Rev. 19.20).
