The problem is insulin. Insulin increases fatty acids entering fat cells. What produces insulin is carbohydrates. What causes fatness is the increasing use of fat cells which is insulin. This picture shows you how to change this process so it is not just about calories in and calories out, but the type of calories that will give you the self-control you long for.

Stop the causative agent which is carbohydrates, both the good kind and the insulin resistant kind. For example, next time you crave twelve gorgeous chocolate ruffles, eat as many oranges as you need to until you are stuffed. Or next time you crave that chicken wrap with flat bread, don't go for the chocolate ruffles, but keep chewing on a carrot or open a can of beans. You get the point. Stuff yourself with the good stuff in order to avoid the bad stuff such as fructose corn syrup carbohydrates.
You would be surprised how much you can actually eat and not get fat. You can eat all the fat you want since it doesn't turn into fat since it is not a carbohydrate.
