First rapture is according to readiness (Luke 21.36, Rev. 3.10) 'to the throne' (7.9) before the 1st trumpet (8.7), and the general resurrection is at the start of the 7th trump (1 Cor. 15.52, 1 Thess. 4.14-18, Rev. 11.15).
Those who 'overcometh' (Rev. 2.26) out of the 'great multitude' (19.1) that are saved return (v.14) with the Son of Man (Jude 14,15) to reign 'a thousand years' (Rev. 20.4-6).
