• Jewish and Gentile Messianic Judaizers

"And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel" (Ex. 19.6).

This simply means God will usher in the Messiah through Israel, for God needs a holy nation to enter in through. It does not mean Israel is going to rule the world or even receive the reward of reigning with Christ during the 1000 years; though it does mean the promise is for Israel to be the center of all nations from which Christ will reign in Jerusalem in the Temple. The kings and priests in Rev. 20.4,6 are overcomer believers, a segment of the saved, from all previous dispensations.

Messianic Judaism is a contradiction in terms because Judaism rejects THE Messiah. There is only one right Messiah who already came in His first coming. Judaism claims it has its own Messiah but it is not the Christ. Christians reject Judaism and Pharisees, so it is wrong for a Christian to call himself a Messianic Judaism Jew or any derivative thereof. If you are a Messianic Judaism Jew you worship a false Christ. The Messiah already came. We do not wait for His first coming but His second coming. Therefore, now you should be a Christian. Period!

Messianic Judaism is a cult of Jews (and non-Jews) who accuse the Church of persecuting the Jews. A false Church which persecuted the Jews does not equate with the Church which never would persecute the Jews. And brothers and sisters in Christ would not attack the Church (Messianic Judaism is not the Church) for we are the Church and we love our little brother the Jews though sadly only a remnant will remain as the center of all nations.

Messianic Judaism Jews are exalting themselves divisively and have given their lives to a false Christ, one that accuses falsely the Church and Christ our Creator. Jesus did not say to create a denomination called Messianic Judaism, saying "I of Cephas" (denom 1) or "I of Apollos" (denom 2, etc.) or "I of Christ" (congregationalist). We are not even to say "I of Christ" the Bible says since a church is not a congregation but a locality of believers. And the Bible makes a distinction between the false Church or false tares that try to look like the saved wheat. The Bible distinguishes the Church as not the great harlot of religious Rome (Rev. 14.8; ch. 17) which has over 1 billion adherents today-the Roman Church. There is the outward appearance of the kingdom of heaven and the actual Church of born-again believers within that kingdom.

The question a Messianic Jew should ask himself at this point is why is he accusing the Church of being the harlot when God's word says the harlot is not the Church? If the Messianic Jews are born-again, saved in Christ by His precious blood, then why are they so hostile to Christians the Church-body of Christ? It seems to me that it all comes back to a racism pride by Jews, exalting themselves as Jews even in matters of fellowship and Church gatherings (for those who are actually saved).

Messianic Judaism Jews think they will be priests of God, more than merely the center of all nations. What does the Bible say? Who shall be kings and priests? "They shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years" (Rev. 20.6). Who are they? Not merely all those who believe in Christ, the saved, but the reward is given during the millennial kingdom to the overcomers: "And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years" (v.4).

Do all believers match this description? Of course not. And certainly not Messianic Jews who judaize Christianity, for example, by claiming we have to keep their Sabbath even though Scripture says let no man judge you on what days you should or should not keep. A Messianic Jew according to the law he lives under should be stoned to death for none of them have never not worked on the Sabbath. They are not even keeping their animal sacrifices anymore or stoning adulteresses so they are hypocrites. They construct a law unto themselves in their flesh of own persuasion, picking and choosing what they want or don't want out of the Torah. Ye hypocrites! It will be less worse off for Sodom and Gomorrah.

Of course the Sabbath is a rest that has been translated into the Holy Spirit indwelling, and not one tittle of the law passes till the millennial kingdom ushers in the New City. Jesus filled up the law so we no longer live under the law but by the indwelling Spirit of the law. Unregenerate Judaizers can't understand these words that show nobody can keep the law so this burden is taken off our backs by the merciful Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by what He did on the cross for the sins of the world, spilling His precious blood for forgiveness of sins, and to bring us to sure death and punishment with Him to our old man having die to the law. This is a state of being few have felt through the power of the cross and in our innermost man (our spirit) that leads inevitably to the renewal of our soulical body (mind, emotion, will, body) by the Holy Spirit. There is no verdict but death for our flesh. It can't be refined by law keeping or please God in any way.

The Church doesn't teach replacement theology. Again, this is the Messianic Jew accusing the Church falsely of believing this, but we teach that God always treats three groups: the Jews (first nation), the Church (new creation) and Gentiles (all other nations) in Matthew 24 & 25. Matthew 24.4-31 (Jews), Matt. 24.32-25.30 (Christians), and Matthew 25.31-46 (Gentile nations)! God intends to save the nation of Israel to be the center of all nations as a nation, while many Gentile nations will be destroyed (goats) and the good nations spared (sheep), but that doesn't mean a Jewish person is saved and will escape Hell. God never intended His covenant with Israel for Israel to rule the world.

The Church has received beforehand the covenant blessing God had intended for Israel, so while Christians are experiencing new life in Christ today in this mystery age of the Church and have relationship with Him, Israel will not be victorious as a nation (with many believing in the Son of Man) until Jesus returns in Person to set up the nation of Israel (from the 1290th to the 1335th day). Pay close attention... Presently, Israel is not Messianic, that is, they would not accept their Messiah, nor would Messianic Jews. Otherwise, they would not try to keep the Sabbath and keep pulling away from the Church and showing their hostility towards us. The thing we have to fear the most are those who Judaize Christianity, trying to keep the law, so shall they die by the law with their alleged Christian Sabbath.

A remnant of Israel will survive: at least 144,000 (Rev. 7.1-8) though I am sure much more than 144,000 will make up the nation of Israel when Christ returns. Many will be believers too. We are not looking to Judaism, Messianic Jews or Hebrew Roots when we speak of the 144,000 Jews. We are looking towards those who escape the wrath of Satan and hide deep in the rocks for 1260 days while Israel is overrun. When they return from the rocks, they will accept the leadership of the Son of Man Jesus. And as to the matter of individual salvation for any to be saved they will need to accept Jesus as God, creator of the universe, the One who died on the cross for the sins of the world nearly 2000 years ago, and not of the faith of the Judaizers or Messianic Jews who still try to impose laws of their choosing from the OT in their legalization of God's word. It is very difficult to get a Messianic Jew to discern the difference between living by the Spirit of the Law and living by their laws they create for their particular cult because their spirits have not been quickened with God's life. The 3rd Temple is not meant for sacrifices, but for Jesus to reign from for 1000 years, but when the Temple is constructed just watch them praising those sacrifices to show they just don't get it!

Messianic Jews accuse Christians of not being intellectually honest with ourselves because we are replacement theologists. No we are not! We are dispensationalists and we are covenantalists. God's covenant with Israel remains but they are not being intellectually honest with themselves, for they forsook the covenant God had with them; therefore, the blessing and promise is given to the Church beforehand. Israel will still get their cherished promise to be the center of all nations, but not till Jesus returns. Israel is spoken of as a nation, not that all Jews are going to be saved or born-again. They still must choose individually in our Lord and Savior to become a member of the Church in this dispensation. The Church passes away in the millennial kingdom of course. For anyone to be saved at that time they would simply need to believe in Jesus reigning from the Temple, who never ages, not as some alien from outer space, but really the 2nd Person of the Trinity through whom all things were created truly and repentantly.

I don't know if Replacement Theology believes Israel could be the center of all nations, but they are wrong in thinking the Church replaced Israel so that there is no more existence for Israel as necessary. That's evil. Israel will be the center of all nations one day. There is nothing you can do about it! Hallelujah! They are the apple of God's eye. The 'true Jew' is the Christian, so if a Jewish person is truly born-again, he will call himself a Christian according to his locality and not throw on a bunch of adjectives. If he lives in Antioch where they were first called Christians, he is a Christian who belongs to the church of Antioch. Simple and sweet! There is no need to say he is a Jewish Christian of the church of Antioch. Claiming one is a Messianic Judaism Jew or Messianic Judaism Gentile Christian of the church of Antioch is likewise false, not the least of which, they are not even Christians. They are Judaizers trying to keep laws God never asked them to keep in this dispensation. You can see how ridiculous it gets! Man loves to divide what God has not divided. The only way God divides the universal Church body of Christ is by locality. That's it!

You could start adding on multiple adjectives with endless divisions which should not exist in a spiritual person, but I wouldn't advise it unless you like the lake of fire burning off your false works. That's why God treats just the three above groups mentioned, and the proper way to address oneself is simply Christian and your locality. Leave your self-exalted racism out of it! The Philadelphia church period belongs to the Brethren, who did not want to even be called Brethren just Christians back in 1828 that then soon fell way to the Laodicean church period of 'differing opinions' which has remained ever since. It's difficult to get something that has attained nearly perfect status in the spiritual realm to remain because Satan is quick under our heels to try to trip us up and mess up the Church. In fact, He is right there when a person is about to get saved and people fall under his Satanic grace like Pentecostals with their gibberish babble, Calvinists who claim they were irresistibly selected, and baptizers of babies who grow up confused about what baptism is; hence, they worship a false Christ from a false Church.

There are more Gentiles in Messianic Judaism outside of Israel than there is in Israel by a wide margin. This troubles the Messianic Jew and irks him to no end, for what he thought he outsmarted God with in laws he has created for himself which he replaces Christ with has now become a thorn in his side because Gentiles are doing it even more than Jews. The Messianic Jew says his responsibility is greater than the Gentile Messianic Judaizer. This pride exists and you can sense by the Holy Spirit the Jewish Messianic Jew is just trying to exalt himself in a cult apparently that has been going on since the 60's and 70's by its modern version, though started back in the 19th century (but who really cares what laws they select for their particular Hebrew Roots cult, it's all the same nonsense). I am sure there are more stones to uncover, but next time you come across a Messianic Judaizer, simply say you reject their Christ because we are called Christians, not Messianic Judaism Jews or Messianic Judaism Gentiles, for Jesus filled up the law (Matt. 5.17). Now they call themselves the Jewish Roots movement since it is mostly Gentiles.

If you try to live by the law, you will die by the law. Ye shall know them by their fruits. The Judaizer will ask, where does this expression find itself in the Bible? You are dumbfounded when they ask that question yet they call themselves Christians. Christians are "dead to the law by the body of Christ" (Rom. 7.4). Before being saved a man is "in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death" (v.5) and Hell. Hence, if you live by the law even a law unto yourself, you will die by that law and be eternally separated from God. Such a law might be trying to keep the Sabbath or not eat a certain type of food or performing certain rituals. "But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter" (v.6).

I think maybe the best thing a Judaizer and Messianic can do is keep reading Romans 7 over and over in different Bible versions too.
