The problem I have with the 12 levels of a city is that then it
becomes a city of concrete, without open fields to play in. I for one
would not want to live in a 12 level borg-like structure, wall-to-wall city.
I just don't like that, and I don't think most people would.

If we are going to be humble and not overassume anything, then all we
can say is the walls of the city are 12 levels high for their beauty
and rememberance that glorifies God. They will be built one upon
another with each successive level not as wide as the one below it.
The wall is physically measured: "had a golden reed to measure the
city, and the gates thereof, and the wall thereof" (Rev. 21.15). The
wall will be built like an Egyptian pyramid. All 12 layers are
visible. Satan builds Egyptian pyramids long before to point to
himself as though he was the originator of the wall of the new city.
The 12 apostles' names are the grace of God when He chose them, and so
these foundations, "only them twelve names of the twelve apostles of
the Lamb" (v.14) are recorded. Isn't that amazing? All the way around
their names are on the foundations for all to see because it is
pointing to grace.

God's throne in the new city will be at the top of the of the 12,000
furlongs height as perceived to be like in space. 12,000 is a multiple
of 12 which is the eternal perfection of God.

I have adjusted the calculations here based on best estimates,

This didn't seem reasonable to you, "calling the city a 'bride'." "And
I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of
heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband" (Rev. 21.2). This
verse says "the city AS a bride adorned" because she had not yet taken
off her bridal attire in the millennium. The woman always represents
God's will for each dispensation. She was the Eve in creation, body of
Christ in the dispensation of grace, this woman (Rev. 12) we see at
the end of the dispensation of grace, and the New Jerusalem God will
have in eternity to come. The resurrected-saved will be its
inhabitants as pillars (Rev. 3.12). Abraham was looking towards a city
long ago and cities have people in them.

During the millennial kingdom, New Jerusalem is the bride of the Lamb.
And in the new heaven and new earth New Jerusalem will be the wife of
the Lamb. During the millennium she only comes down part way because
the Jerusalem on earth is still present. Christians are divided into
saved and overcomers. Only overcoming believers are related to the new
city (above) during the millennial kingdom. In the new heaven and new
earth, both the saved and the overcomers partake equally in the New
Jerusalem (which comes down all the way). At the marriage of the Lamb
it looks as though the door of New Jerusalem is opened for the first
time to let in overcomers. The 5 foolish virgins are not allowed to
enter at this time of the millennium-to-come.

The bride in 22.17 is not the same as the bride in 19.7. The bride of
prophecy is included in 22.5 because she reverts to the bride in
Paul's epistles which is the totality of the church. Since 22.16 is
addressing especially the church, then what is here in 22.17 applies.
In 19.7 this wife is different than the bride in Paul's epistles. Paul
speaks of she whom is clothed with Christ, whereas the wife in 19.7 is
clothed with her own righteousness: "hath made herself ready" and "the
righteousness of saints" (v.8). In Paul's epistles the church as a
whole is viewed as the bride of Christ. In Revelation, the church is
considered according to her components, therefore responsibility
before God is stressed. In Paul's epistles the church in totality
belongs to Christ. while in Revelation she is divided into saved and
overcomers. The wife is the New Jerusalem (21.9,10). The voices of
praise are from the great multitude coming from the temple above. "It
was given to her" (19.8) are words to indicate reward. These saints
will soon be inhabitants of the new city of the New Jerusalem.

Picture the saints in the New Jerusalem so she (NJ) is the clothed
with the righteousness of the saints because they are pillars of the
New Jerusalem which houses many mansions. Make sure these 17 points
are solid in your heart as I find they help me immensely,

If the woman is the eternal will of God then God is fulfilling His
will through the New physical City and can call her His wife and bride
because within it is His will to make His sons and daughters to be its
pillars and cloth it with their righteousness, the righteousness of
the saints.

I tried to be careful as possible to splice these words properly.
