Anyone can join except Apostles of a meeting place and Elders who agree but don't want to participate in the map. There are no such Apostles or Elders that would disagree. The reason they can not join is because the forums are a privilege to the Meeting Place Finder, otherwise they would be selfish by wanting to use the forums but not participating in the Finder for the body of Christ. Therefore, Apostles (who have a meeting place) and Elders who agreed but didn't want to participate in the map would not, because they would not want to be selfish. I love this way.

If someone agrees (non-apostles and non-elders) with the first 18 questions, but doesn't want to have a meeting place on the map, then they can not join either unless the intend to be an Elder of a meeting place, by answering question 19 with "Elder of a meeting place in training" since they would relatively speaking be most qualified for their meeting area. Otherwise they would be selfish wanting to use the forums, but not the Finder for the Body of Christ.

Anyone else - those who do not agree with all 18 questions - could join by answer "Not sure" or "No" to question 19. Only those who say they agree but can't be selfless in that agreement cannot join because this is a double standard. The only other stipulation is that there needs be more members in agreement than would disagree to have a strong center of majority.
