How can the Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke been more wrong about houses and markets in 2006 even while house prices were collapsing? This should tell you that any of the talking heads that speak on CNBC are probably wrong, and whateve the Fed Chairman says should not be trusted. In fact, you should look to see what he said is wrong which will give you a clue to what will happen. One clue might be when he says "this has never happened before so it is not likely to happen."
