Casinos are evil systems tempting you to sin and so are the gaming commissions that govern them because they do not do the right thing. That is why the card counter at blackjack can win. Without blackjack tables, it is really not a casino. Maybe a slot place or a poker room, but not a casino. After they ban the card counter, another card counter comes, like God's armies. I made $831,000 counting cards at blackjack 4225 hours in less than 3 years of play. Now I live off the interest and my investments from blackjack. Blackjack is the only game you can beat in the house. Don't trust anything online, because they can reprogram their systems to make you a disadvantaged player at any time after playing at a disadvantage.
Casino workers and gaming commission employees receive what is coming to them. They do not feel good about themselves and their jobs and have all kinds of health problems, because their conscience eats away them. They know they are not doing the right thing. Even when they bar someone for simply using their mind properly at blackjack who is an advantaged player, they do so by discriminating against people, not unlike saying just black people can't play or some nationality like Jewish people are not allowed. When you enter a casino it feels like Nazi Germany for the card counter because the card counter is not allowed to speak about the truth nor play properly.
It is no surprise all the numbers on the roulette table add up to 666, which is the mark of the beast. The pit staff, usually dressed in black, look like those demons in movies roaming around ready to bring people to hell as soon as they die. The pit (Satan will be cast into the pit for 1000 years) personnel see someone regularly perhaps who has $100,000, a wife and three kids, but no job. That person due to the law of standard deviation for quite some can time still be up even though they are playing at a disadvantage. That person begins to believe they can earn a wage at this. Casinos like to keep the disadvantage against the player as low as possible because it causes them to come back for more and bring their friends. But that is where the card counter comes in to find his opening.
If you play perfect basic strategy at blackjack in Alberta casinos, the disadvantage is 0.34% because of ES10, early surrender against the face (or less). After 100,000 rounds in 4 to 6 months of play, one standard deviation level is 100%. In other words. If you were expected to lose $100,000 in 6 months, you have a 68% chance of being down $200,000 or even, and a 95% chance of being down $300,000 or up $100,000. Do you see? You could have been one of those UNLUCKY gamblers that is up $100,000 in 6 months to actually believe you can beat the system. But you will lose that $100,000 and all the rest of your money, without a job, a wife, and a your kids will disown you. A casino employee can't tell gamblers the truth because a casino worker makes their money by ruining your life. One casino owner said if he could just have a 1/1000th of a percent advantage over the richest man in the world, he could make him go broke! They get off on hurting you.
What about poker? Poker is vanity. You are trying to take money from other people, providing no economic value to society. The rental fee per table at 1-2 no limit is $5 round, and at 3 rounds per hour that you win, is $15/hour. If you play 50 hours a week for 50 weeks a year, that almost $40,000/year, especially with the $1 rake for the bad beat they take off you also every round.
Because of your vanity to pursue poker, providing no economic or social value to society, God will punish you. The penalty of sin must be paid and cannot escape consequence. That is why Jesus died on the cross to take all the sins of the world upon himself. Whether you are a lousy player at poker or a good player, you will lose money or make so little, you could have made far more money working at any job.
Tournament poker is even worse because the margins are even tighter and the expense is greater. You not only pay an entry fee of say $100 which is more expensive than non-tournament poker, but the house only pays out 90%. Plus, the standard deviation goes through the roof because every 15 minutes or half hour the blinds and antes double, meaning you have to play lots of lousy hands you would never normally play, giving you no advantage. Celebrity poker players don't make a living at poker, but by the luck of being in the final round gain popularity status to be paid to be on poker shows and be involved in other advertising campaigns. There are some poker plays that do make a living at poker in 80/60, 300/600, and larger games, but they don't feel good about taking money from other people like that. Where is the value in that? How have you improved life for others?
Once you take the casinos for all you can at blackjack (lowering the owner's take and the wage of casino employees in a minuscule way), forget about them and make a life for yourself. If you are one of those card counters in the exceptional position to travel the world card counting beyond your local area, all the best to you. That is not for me. I tried it, and it is a lonely experience. If my wife suggested we do this, I might be convinced, because the wage is fantastic!
Don't you think it is odd that I am barred from all 22 casinos in Alberta, Canada? The casino has a perfect right to make the game universally undesirable to play for all players, but instead they choose to discriminate and not treat others as they would like to be treated. Does that seem unjust just because I am using my mind properly? I am not sure what's worse, them barring me or the lame excuses they use instead of admitting they are banning me for being card counter. Why are they so afraid to admit they are barring me for card counter? When I recall some of the reasons they gave for banning, it is so funny because they try to rationalize to themselves those are the reasons instead of the real reason. Filthy lucre.
Perhaps I am the one to sue the casinos in Alberta and the Alberta government. Please contact me at (780) 479-0313 if you would like to assist me in this legal action in some capacity. First, I have to defend a trespassing fine against the Deerfoot Casino (owned by Darcy Wells) and get my lawyer to send out a letter to the privacy commissioner of Alberta because the casinos are sharing and distributing information about me and others unethically. Card counters have sued the Griffin book and won! There has been global precedent set already in several countries where the casinos are not allowed to ban people for card counting.
What we demand is that anybody be allowed to enter into a casino and play those casino games without being discriminated against.
In closing, I would like to make two final points. Card counting is a lot like being-born again. One day you just decide that it is real, the truth of it carries you through in that new life like the Holy Spirit guides you in all things as a new creation of God. You may ask what causes the person to choose. The only answer I can give you is that you have free-will. God won't force it upon you. Circumstances will arise to convince you and it is your choice at that point whether you want to accept by faith the grace that has been given, that is faith based on evidence.
Secondly, I have told no less than one hundred people about card counting and not one of them have pursued it. In fact, nobody has ever pursued card counting by all the evidence I have supplied them from the statistical output at sba21.com. I find this very similar to Christianity in that convincing a person of salvation is very difficult with a savings ratio that low also (less than 1 in a 100).
We live by faith, not by feelings, not by mind or even will. Especially not body. Christians walk by the spirit of conscience, communion, and intution in faith in Jesus Christ.
Sincerely,
Troy Brooks
