View Full Version : Belligerency & Obstinacy on Forums

I find this happening more and more these days with peoples' discussions on forums. One person will make his claim giving his various reasons and supporting them with some evidence. Then someone responds belligerently and says, you have yet to give your reasons. This way of responding is so obstinate. First off, he does not address any of the points the first person raised. Why would someone want to be like that?

Then the latter goes off topic or so far away from the discussion, it is really a whole other matter. Anyway, when I go to a forum and I notice this type of behavior constantly repeated, and I have to repeat myself because they do this again and again, that is a forum to stay away from. At Biblocality Forums, when someone acts like that they get an Infraction for not keeping Board Etiquette #6 or #7 (http://biblocality.com/forums/faq.php?faq=etiquette_faq#faq_rules_etiquette). I don't want these forums to be wasteful, but productive and spiritual to give glory to God.

No matter how much we want to help people in various forums (in particular their owners), it is a hopeless endeavor, because they are unreceptive. Recently I was banned from:

IIDB.org (now Freeratio.org) for showing why Jesus is God;
raptureready.com for showing why separate rapture is true;
factnet.org for explaining why it is not a fact that Jesus is not God;
christianforums.com for speaking against intermediary priesthood, sinless Mary, Judaized Christianity, amillennialism and non-OSAS;
carm.org for disproving gibberish babble, calvinism and amillennialism;
gracecentered.com for disproving amillennialism;
thebereans.net for explaining why God does not save the way calvinists say;
skepticsannotatedbible.com for showing nobody there can find fault with the Bible.
All these various interactions are the same old issues and so predictable. As long as I don't talk about these things, I am able to post on their forums.

Same old, same old problems. Nothing ever changes.

In the last few years, I have been finding more forums are banning people for speaking up against calvinism and against amillennialism such as:

christianforums.net
bibleforums.org
worthychristianforums.com
carm.org
talkjesus.com
christianforumsite.com
christianityboard.com
christianteenforums.com
christiandoctrinediscussion.com
Things seem to be getting worse as we near the Tribulation Sept. 14, 2015.

I haven't been able to find any Partial Rapture Premillennial forums let alone OSAS Arminian forums except for Biblocality Forums.
