To Sum Up What the Unsaved Must Face (in 10 points)

1. Nobody is more well documented in history than Jesus. He is recorded as having a ministry for more than three years, and most scholars agree he walked the earth given all the multiple testimony, so unless you have evidence otherwise, to say otherwise is MINDLESS. In fact, nobody in the first century in many writings ever said Jesus did not exist. So, we can establish with certainty, Jesus did walk the earth. Any historian would tell you this is more than ample evidence.

2. Jesus said He is God, and this is expressed in many ways in the Scriptures, both in his words and the words of the apostles. This is required if He is God. If He is God, He must say He is God (Uncreated). He said He was God.

3. He must fulfill the prophecies of the OT times from centuries before. He does, and He is the only person on earth who ever did. Nobody even came close. So, He deserves your serious look and consideration. And if you wish, you can compare the qualities of Jesus with anyone who ever claimed to be uncreated to see how Jesus trumps all. In fact, most don't even claim they are uncreated. They are either just mythologies and do not enter into creation to walk as a man, or their teaching is so horrible, you know they are wrong, e.g. Mohammed all by himself in a cave over six hundred years later said Jesus never died on the cross even though he has nothing to overturn the evidence that has been well testified. Whereas the Bible is 40 writers over 1500 years in complete agreement. Another example might be hinduism. It says you can come back as a frog with endless opportunity to not sin or sin. That would be evil of course, for a righteous God would not allow endless sin. These various false faiths fail, for their gods are too selfish to enter into creation to die on the cross for your sins.

4. He prophesied His own death as atonement for your sins. Sins never go unpunished. Eventually they always get punished. Sin leads to death. We know a person who engages in sin, scientifically speaking, will die sooner than they would otherwise more often than not. So, forgiveness is needed for those sins otherwise death is around corner. A sinner can't atone for a sinner's sin, because he is no less sinful. Only a perfect sacrifice can wipe away the sin. Only God is perfect and so only Jesus can atone for your sins.

5. If you reject His atonement, then you remain unforgiven and death works in you.

6. After Jesus died on the cross, He was multiply attested in His resurrection and when Paul met with the apostles by name (John, Peter and James, brother of Jesus), he said in the Bible that they agreed on the spiritual significance of what they observed in Christ in His resurrection and recorded his words for you and I. They even said they touched Him and ate with him in His resurrected state. Since you can't find an alternative explanation for their martyrdom and as eyewitness accounts, and people do not die for something they know is a lie, then the burden of the proof remains on you to show otherwise instead of MINDLESSLY assuming it is not true.

7. Since the purpose of His resurrection is to show we will all be resurrected, for we are all made in His image, and His image never dies, then know that your resurrection is a certainty, but because you want to remain unforgiven, you can't be with those who are saved, because you are a bad person. Therefore there needs to be a place for you which is hell. The significant aspect of hell is an eternal separation from God because you want to be eternally separated from God with Satan in hell. That is your choice. Righteously, God will not coerce if that is what you want. God simply tells you the truth: the only way to the Father is through the Son. There is no other way to be saved from sin and self.

8. You know Satan exists because in the temptation in the Garden of Eden, Adam did not suggest his own disobedience, nor did Eve and nor would God. But Satan is the tempter. The essence of the tree of knowledge of good and evil is that of disobedience and independency from your Creator. God wants to walk with those who receive His love and not to walk with those who remain hostile. So, hell is needed to keep the bad guy locked up for forever, for would God be righteous in allowing the criminal out of jail if all he wants to do is commit that crime again and hurt others, even himself?

9. You know Adam and Eve existed because there was a first God-conscious man and woman. It stands to reason that if today people are God-conscious there had to have been a first one or two.

10. And so, the choice is before you: to receive God's saving sacrifice or to remain unrepentant.
