View Full Version : Blank Graphics

This is what happened step by step:

1) A blank graphic was found on the Internet with no ownership attached to it.

2) It was used for a banner and edited to add words to it for my site as I could not afford to pay for a graphics designer myself.

3) A person sometime later then contacts me about the blank graphic and says it is his. He did not want me to use it. I did not immediately give into his demands.

4) In our discussions, I discover what is really going on, how hostile to Jesus Christ this young lad was. He had a real axe to grind because he knew my site was Christian.

5) I helped to try to lead him to Christ.

6) There was some positive developments after the child spammed many pictures of grotesque sexual mutilations at the forums in retaliation. Others testified to this reaction of his that it was obviously wrong; but they gave glory to God that this young boy was changing from his old ways when I told him of how he was reconsidering. You can contact and the child to verify their testimony in this thread.

7) My feeling is that he began to consider Christ because of the guilt of such bad behavior and selfish idolatry of banners when putting in the Internet blank banners with no ownership attached to them. The knowledge of being a sinner helps lead one to Christ, even in knowing one makes mistakes of putting out on the Internet unprotected and unclaimed BLANK banners. God works in mysterious ways.

Several years ago, since I did not want any association to such sinful antics, I removed all banners, even the ones he subsequently made up for me after he began to consider his bad behavior and Christ. Obviously he felt guilty in what he had done as he should.

I just wanted him to know I forgive him and I am sure God will too if he were to receive Christ as His Lord and Savior to forgive him ALL his sins. My prayer and hope is that he will yet received Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior if he has not already done so.
