Blaspheming the Holy Spirit is not the same thing as "those who speak against the Son of Man" (Luk 12.10), because the latter yet "may be forgiven" (v.10) if they were to give their lives to Christ.

But, those who blaspheme against the Holy Spirit will "NEVER be forgiven" (v.10).

The unforigiveable sin is attributing to Satan the work the Holy Spirit accomplishes. The Pharisees did this. They said Jesus was doing the work of the devil (Matt. 12.24) which by inference is also accusing the Holy Spirit for the life of the Son, and the Father, is the Holy Spirit. Someone can speak against the Son of Man and yet one day give their lives to Christ, but there is a speaking against the Son of Man that crosses the boundary of no return also.

"Therefore I say unto you, Every sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men; but the blasphemy against the Spirit shall not be forgiven. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in that which is to come" (vv.31,32).

God is saying they will never be forgiven because they will never ask for forgiveness. How could God know this already if God did not have infinite foreknowledge? God reveals this to His children about others as well on occassion.
