In the World, Not of the World
The reason I say if you can't find answers to that which you are looking for either in the world of science or the health industry is because answers will always be lacking.
Inherently, do to the fall there is always something lacking in the world so that nothing in the world can satisfy you like God's loving Word.
Therefore, the only solution is to come out of the world by coming to the cross as a helpless sinner to receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior for the forgiveness of every sin you committed before this most glorious and wonderful salvation. This presents you to God as sanctified as He brought you to the cross in a sure death with Him when He purchased you by the precious blood, then that which could not be contained by death rises up in resurrection life, even now, with Christ-your spirit is raised and at resurrection your new spiritual physical body will follow.
You would be baptized out of the world in burial and resurrection with Christ as a sojourner, the key characteristic of the Church. We are sojourners in the world, but not of the world.
However, this is only the starting point of entering into the new creation. There is much yet to overcome in this life. And what God has in store for those that love Him will be most spectacular!
