Biblocality is the “first love” (Rev. 2.4) of the first century Ephesus church period. Apostles directly commissioned by God were in agreement and worked in their regions (“churches of…” or “churches in…”) appointing Elders of a locality (“church of…” or “church in…”).
Meeting Place Finder
Christians can find fellowship with correct teaching on the Meeting Place Finder for the body of Christ. Apostles provide their region of churches, Elders of a locality give their church locality, and Elders of a meeting place enter their meeting place. Apostles agree to 37 questions and Elders agree with 19 questions. Then they acknowledge their position in group memberships followed by entering their work on the Meeting Place Finder. "God hath set some in the church, first apostles...thou hast tried them which say they are apostles" (1 Cor. 12.28; Rev. 2.2). We need someone to program the Meeting Place Finder.
Informal Apostles
Even though the original Apostles have passed away, the work of Apostles continues on (Eph. 4.11) organizing the Church by appointing Elders for each church locality of believers.
Scriptural Locality
A biblocality is a city or rural area of believers according to already established governmental boundaries. Reward is given to overcomers in Christ to reign over 10, 5, 1 cities (Luke 19.11-27) during the millennial kingdom. The locality is also a miniature of the New City in the New Earth after the millennium.
Questions for Apostles
The first 12 Apostles that come together in agreement with the questions for Apostles submit their region of work on the Meeting Place Finder. The purpose for these questions is to give assurance to the Church the Apostles are leading properly as they set up the churches and appoint an Elder(s) for each locality.
